Sorry to go on about things at home but I need somewhere to offload and you are the (un)lucky people to get it!

I have a big meeting tomorrow re Gemma and getting her placement. I cannot begin to tell you how hard these last few wks have been not least because the big wigs will not agree the finances although the decision remains in place.

My parents are on their knees and good grief- it is a nightmare

then, on Thursday I go into hospital for at least a wk. This will be a fight too- they are having to admit me as an emergency and I am going to have to argue myself for a bed and refuse to leave the bed etc. NICE!

So no stress then!

Just about to sit down with Richard and try and juggle child care while I am hospital.

hi again

some good news

the big wigs who hold the purse strings are coming to a meeting tomorrow. They are the ones with the power over the money. We could leave tomorrow with the funding in place for Gems

apparently they are coming due to the communications from the "elected members"

Hurrah!

so all my hard work has paid off then.

Love to all and thank you for your prayers.

Jenni xx

You will be pleased to know that despite everything the people with the money did not know about our case and now they do have agreed to fund.

certain things need to now happen but with all the funding agreed we are now looking to start the referral and moving processes.

It has not been without many many tears.

to hear the words and terms relating to serious mental illness is never easy about your daughter.

OH! crying again.

Thank you again.
